Led development of an enterprise GenAI platform enabling regulatory affairs, QC, and R&D teams to query scientific databases in natural language. Shipped MCP servers for manufacturing, formulations, and discovery biology through a LibreChat interface, plus a Segment-Anything-based vision pipeline for fungal contamination detection at 97% accuracy.
Configured test panels, sample lifecycles, results, multi-level approvals, and integrations with NGS sequencers and automated liquid handlers in a regulated clinical setting.
Built instrument-driven workflows, integration services, and quality-aware ETL from LabVantage into Snowflake, linking laboratory activity with reporting and downstream applications. Trained and deployed ML models for diagnostic prediction, QC automation, and anomaly detection in genomic sequencing data.
SQL-first querying, wrangling, and transformation of raw laboratory data into analysis-ready datasets: LabVantage-to-Snowflake ETL, ML feature stores, and Databricks analytics powering reporting, operations, and machine learning.
Led master-data architecture and LabVantage workflow design for seed testing, plant breeding analytics, and agrochemical research, supported by governance and structured UAT.
Developed a Master Data AI proof of concept: a conversational assistant enabling scientists to query master data in natural language and create and validate new test methods without manual LIMS navigation.
Developed Python and Streamlit applications for qPCR, high-throughput screening, and imaging workflows, with REST-based synchronization to remove disconnected manual entry.
Building an AI assistant around Benchling for the PMPD department, with Regeneron-aware context and Jira/Confluence integrations, bringing protocols, tickets, and documentation to scientists where they work.
